Orders for Pacific Silvercloth By-the-Yard, the 3M Anti-Tarnish Strips, and/or the Glendale Polishing Cloths usually ship either the same day or the next day. However, as SilverGuard hand-makes to order all of our sewn products, orders containing Flatware Rolls, Zippered Bags, Jewelry Travel Bags, or Flapped Pouches can take up to two weeks to ship, depending on our workload. All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Expected delivery time via USPS Priority Mail, once the package has shipped, is 2-3 days. We currently charge a flat rate of $6.95 per US order regardless of weight and value. Some products require separate shipping (for example, large cuts of fabric that ship on a roll), so there may be shipping charges applied for each package. Items that do ship separately will be marked as such in the product description.

International Orders

Our shopping cart is currently configured to accept orders from the United States only. However, SilverGuard does ship almost anywhere worldwide; however, special arrangements are required and there are some limitations. Customers from outside the United States will need to email us at sales@silverguard.com with a list of the items to be ordered before attempting to process an online order. We will manually determine the shipping weight and shipping costs, then add that shipping option to our website shopping cart, which then allows an international customer to complete an order online.
