All of our products carry a money-back guarantee. We will gladly accept merchandise returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Refunds for non-exchange items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refunded. Please measure your articles carefully before ordering. We do not accept returns on custom-sized or custom-embroidered products. Please make sure you measure your silver articles carefully before placing an order for custom sizes. If you are having problems properly measuring your articles, do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.
